Can I buy just one of these taps?
-Yes. A single one of these taps is available in the Wall mounted Taps section of our website
Can I order more than the quantity currently shown?
-Yes. We often have more available than shown in the listing, but we limit stock numbers online to help maintain our dispatch times. If you would like a larger quantity, please contact us and we can increase the listing.

Can I return the tap if it is unsuitable?-This specific listing is for a custom size made to measure pair of taps which are made specifically to your own measurements therefore they are non refundable. - Bespoke items are exempt from The Consumer Act 2015 and Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be returned if you have mis-measured or they are unsuitable.
What size are these taps?
-Please refer to the listing photographs and dimensions section for exact measurements - this particular option is made with VERY small tap heads, suitable to pair with small basins. They would be too small for a kitchen sink or a bath.
The tap head is too small for me - do you sell any larger taps?
-Yes. These are a very small petite tap head. For our full range of taps including larger styles, please see Our Tap Collection.
What will I receive and do I need to assemble it myself? -You will receive 2 x taps with pre soldered wall brackets and copper fitting pipes ready to fit. This includes 6 fitting screws. The tail end copper pipe is supplied - this does not come off for fitting - it is pre soldered and you will need full access to the pipes behind your wall to fit these.
Do you sell other copper and brass tap styles?
-Yes. We offer over 20 styles, including single taps, pillar taps, wall-mounted taps, and mixer taps. Please see our Copper Sinks and Taps section for the full range.
These measurements are not suitable for me, can these be made to different measurements? - These taps are a made to measure option available within the dimension options in the drop down menu, There is a little room for adjustment and we will do our best to accommodate. Please contact us with your sizes and we will check that they can be made to your requirements. We also sell larger taps which can be made to a longer projection.
What size is the water inlet pipework?
-All of our taps have a standard UK 15mm copper water inlet pipe below the counter.
Will the 15mm pipework fit if I am buying from outside the UK?
-Our taps are made with standard UK 15mm inlet pipework, so suitability will depend on the plumbing standard in your country. In many cases, where local pipework is a different size, adaptors are available. We recommend checking that a suitable adaptor can be sourced locally if needed, before purchase if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Can these be fitted directly into a basin or sink hole?
-No. These do not fit into basin or sink pre cast holes. They are designed to fit into a wall. They are fitted by screwing the brass plates into the wall using the screws provided.
Can these be used with a bath?
-This style will be far too small for a bath.
Can these be fitted in a camper van or shepherd’s hut?
-Yes. Our taps are often used in camper vans, shepherd’s huts, and horse box conversions. Please note that camper van pipework is often smaller than standard 15mm, so a reducing fitting may be required.
Can your taps be used outdoors?
-Yes. All of our taps are suitable for outdoor use.
How do I connect the tap to my water inlet?
- All of our wall mounted taps are designed to be fitted by screwing the complete unit directly onto the front of the wall.
Please note that this tap is supplied as a fully soldered, complete unit and does not come apart. Full access to the pipework behind the wall will be required in order to connect the tap to your mains water supply.
Before purchasing, please ensure that your installation allows the tap to be mounted in this way and that the pipework can be connected from behind the wall. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your plumber before ordering, or contacting us for advice.
The water inlet pipe can be connected to the tail end using soldered fittings, compression fittings or suitable push-fit fittings, depending on your installation requirements.
I have surface exposed mounted copper pipework, do you have taps that can be used for this type of fitting arrangement? -Yes we do. If you have a surface or exposed mounted copper water inlet pipe, We can now offer any of the wall mounted taps with a different bracket for exposed pipe. We are in the process of creating listings for each of these - contact us if you want the this option and we will add a listing.
Can these be fitted as a direct replacement for my existing wall mounted tap? -Probably not. These are made to be screwed onto the front of a wall where existing access behind is available in order to attach the pre soldered copper tail ends to your mains water supply. This is usually where a house is having a refit or a new build rather than as a direct swap. These are designed and supplied as complete pre soldered units, as such you will need full access to the wall behind where the taps are to be fitted. They do not come apart and cannot be fitted to copper pipe protruding from an existing wall. The water inlet pipes must be connected behind the wall. Please check with your fitter or message for advice before buying if you are unsure.
How do I keep the copper and brass shiny?
-Copper and brass will naturally tarnish over time. To keep them polished, we recommend a quick clean every week or two using Brasso wadding or a similar metal polish. If you prefer a darker, aged patina, simply leave the metal unpolished and it will develop naturally over time.
When will my order arrive?
-Our usual dispatch time is 3–5 working days as each tap is made to order. Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Tracked 24 for urgent orders where agreed. If your order is order, please contact us before ordering for the earliest available dispatch date
