International Shipping Outside the EU

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU incl. USA

We ship most items worldwide using Royal Mail International or DPD Tracked, ensuring reliable and secure delivery for our overseas customers. If an item is not currently available for delivery to your country at checkout, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote where possible.

Please note that we are unable to ship taxidermy, bladed items, and militaria outside the UK at this time.

Import Duties & Taxes.

As a small business, it isn’t always possible for us to manage the wide range of import charges, VAT, and local taxes applied by different countries. To keep international shipping simple and affordable, these fees are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Some countries may apply import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees on orders arriving from overseas. These charges are usually collected by your national postal service (e.g., Canada Post, Australia Post) before delivery.

Please note that payment of any import duties or taxes is the responsibility of the buyer - except for USA -see below). We recommend checking with your local postal service or government website for the most up-to-date information before placing an order.

If you would prefer to pay all taxes and import fees upfront, you can also shop with us on Etsy or eBay, where these costs are included in the purchase price.

Updated August 25 - New USA Tariffs

Following the recent introduction of new import tariffs in August, all our USA prices now include all import taxes. There will be no surprise costs at delivery - these have been paid by ourselves prior to shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays at customs. Unfortunately, this is outside our control.

NOT COLLECTED OR RETURNED ORDERS

If an item, is shipped outside the UK and it is not collected or it is returned by the courier as refused/customs not paid then we will refund the original purchase price less any reasonable losses incurred by ourselves. Outward shipping is not refunded on overseas returns shipped outside the EU unless the item arrives damaged. Please contact us if you wish to return an item for instructions before shipping.
