All Things French Store usually ship most goods within next working day unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taps are usually shipped within 5 working days.
Domestic postage - All items bought from our website are posted free and fully tracked, usually by Yodel. We may occasionally use Evri, DPD, Parcelforce or Fed Ex for some large items depending on the size and weight of the item once packed.
Yodel is a 3-5 working day delivery. We now offer speedier delivery options at checkout with Royal Mail and DPD for a small supplement.
Please contact us if you have any shipping problems and we will always do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Not at home during the day? - If you are not at home for parcel deliveries then we now offer delivery to local Parcel shops including most Post Offices. How does it work?
- At checkout select 'Ship to pickup point'.
- Choose a Parcel shop convenient for you from the drop down list of over 5000 locations
- Make sure to add an email address & phone number
- Wait for a text/email notification telling you your parcel is ready to collect - usually within 48 hours
- Collect your parcel at a time to suit you & enjoy your purchase!
Local Pick Up - All items bought from our website can be collected from PR25 in Lancashire. If you would like to collect an item that is not offered for pick up, please contact us and we will make it available. Where a larger item is for collection only, we are happy to have your own courier collect. Please contact us and arrange to pay by BACS transfer and advise us of the collection time and date.
