All Things French Store usually ship most goods within 1 working day unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taps are usually shipped within 5 working days.

Domestic postage - All items bought from our website are posted free and fully tracked by Royal Mail, DPD or Yodel for most items. We may occasionally use Evri, DPD, Parcelforce or Fed Ex for some very small or very large items depending on the size and weight of the item once packed. Please contact us if you have any shipping problems and we will always do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Local Pick Up - All items bought from our website can be collected from PR25 in Lancashire. If you would like to collect an item that is not offered for pick up, please contact us and we will make it available. Where a larger item is for collection only, we are happy to have your own courier collect. Please contact us and arrange to pay by BACS transfer and advise us of the collection time and date.
