UK Shipping

All Things French Store ship all orders on the same working day if purchased before 12pm. Orders after 12pm are shipped on the next working day unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taps are usually shipped within 5 working days as they are made to order.

Domestic postage - All website orders for delivery to UK mainland home or business premises, including Scottish Highlands and Islands are posted free and fully tracked by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard size* items - under 61cm x 45cm x 45cm once packed, We now also offer speedier delivery upgrades at checkout with Royal Mail 24, Parcelforce 24 and DPD.

Channel Islands, IOM & NI shipping is available for a small supplement of £1.99. *Channel Islands may incur import charges -please check with your local post office for details*

* For larger items we may need to use another courier eg. Yodel or FedEx - Parcelforce 24 is available at a small supplement.

* Royal mail no longer ship bladed items through their standard service. Any orders containing a bladed item will be posted fully tracked by Yodel.

Do you use Evri to ship your parcels? 

No, we do not use Evri due to poor reliability. All our orders are shipped by Royal Mail, we can ship by DPD and Yodel on request.

Local Pick Up - All items bought from our website can be collected from PR25 in Lancashire. If you would like to collect an item, please select Cash on Collection at checkout. Where a larger item is for collection only, we are happy to have your own courier collect. Please contact us and arrange to pay by BACS transfer and advise us of the collection time and date.
