All Things French Store ship all orders on the next working day unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taps are usually shipped within 5 working days as they are made to order.
Domestic postage - All website orders for delivery to home or business premises are posted free and fully tracked by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard size items - under 65cm x 45cm x45cm once packed. This includes Mainland UK, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and IOM. NI shipping is available for a small supplement. We now offer speedier delivery upgrades at checkout with Royal Mail 24, Parcelforce 24 and DPD.
* For larger items we will use EVRI or FedEx - Parcelforce 24 is available at a small supplement of £3.99

Not at home during the day? - If you are not at home for parcel deliveries then we now offer optional free delivery by Evri to local Parcel shops including most Post Offices. How does it work?
- At checkout select 'Ship to pickup point'.
- Choose a Parcel shop convenient for you from the drop down list of over 5000 locations
- Make sure to add an email address & phone number
- Wait for a text/email notification telling you your parcel is ready to collect - usually within 48 hours
- Collect your parcel at a time to suit you & enjoy your purchase!
Local Pick Up - All items bought from our website can be collected from PR25 in Lancashire. If you would like to collect an item that is not offered for pick up, please contact us and we will make it available. Where a larger item is for collection only, we are happy to have your own courier collect. Please contact us and arrange to pay by BACS transfer and advise us of the collection time and date.
