Business Customers - B2B

Business customers (known as B2b transactions) - we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee when a purchase is made by another business or as a trade order in order to cover our losses. We cannot accept returns of made to measure or bespoke size taps by either private or business customers. All returns are subject to the item being returned in an unused or unfitted condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days and returned to us within 30 days or the original delivery. Due to the introduction of the Windsor Framework in March 2025 we cannot ship taps to business addresses in NI.  All the taps we sell are sold for use in domestic settings only and are guaranteed for 6 months from date of delivery. They are not suitable for commercial use.
