Vintage French Double Sided 1950s School Poster, Versailles Palace & Louis XIV Court

This authentic vintage French school poster dates from the 1950s and was once used as a teaching aid in French classrooms. Double-sided, it features:

• 'One side is titled 'Construction de Versailles' which translates as 'The Construction of Versailles (Palace)'.- number 37.
• The other side is titled 'King Louise XIV et sa Cour' which translates as 'King Louis and his Court'- number 38.  

Published by Cooperation Pédagogique, Montmorillon Vienne before Editions Rossignol, these charts illustrated everyday life and historical subjects, leaving a lasting impression on generations of students.
