Add a touch of Parisian bistro charm to your kitchen with this elegant vintage lidded teapot pot made by Apilco of France for the French ceramics manufacturer Porcelaine d’Auteuil of Paris; part of their Bistrot collection, created by Jacques Lobjoy. 

Dating from around the 1980s, the Bistrot collection is distinguishable by the bands of orange and black stripes

Part of the coveted Service Bistrot series designed by Jacques Lobjoy, this was sourced from a French brocante; Pieces from this range are widely collected for their quality and timeless appeal. 

Their warm rust-orange/red banding and classic bistro styling make them perfect for a French-inspired home, cosy country kitchen, or as additions to an existing collection. This is in a good condition with no chips.
