Vintage French Copper Sugar Pan 16cm – Confectionery & Chocolate Pan

A beautiful vintage French solid copper sugar or confectionery pan, made in France and sourced from a traditional brocante market.

Dating from approximately the 1930s–1950s, this professional-quality pan is marked with the chef’s initials — a traditional French kitchen practice where chefs owned and travelled with their cookware.

The polished copper body features a hand-hammered pouring spout with a distinctive dimpled finish. The hollow riveted handle was historically designed to accept a long wooden extension for use over open fires in professional kitchens.
