This charming ceramic cheese dome was sourced from a traditional brocante market in France and has a lovely neutral beige and brown drip glaze that works beautifully in farmhouse, country, cottage and rustic kitchen interiors.

This decorative and practical cheese keeper has a handled ceramic dome, matching base plate and a decorative tin plaque to the front reading “Fromage”, French for "Cheese". Likely dating from the 1970s or 1980s, possibly earlier, it is ideal for serving cheese courses, cheese and wine evenings, garden lunches and al fresco dining, where the dome helps protect the cheeses while they sit on the table.
