This vintage French brocante find is a charming decorative Boulanger wall plaque featuring a beautifully detailed three-dimensional relief of a traditional French baker at work. Depicting a baker removing a loaf from a bread oven using a long-handled wooden peel, it captures the character of an old-fashioned French boulangerie.
Made from a substantial plaster or stone-like cast material, the plaque has a warm aged cream finish with a rustic, textured appearance. The word "BOULANGER", meaning baker in French, is embossed along the bottom, adding an authentic French touch.
