A vintage French brocante find, this matching set of four Emile Henry ceramic escargot dishes is a lovely example of traditional French tableware, with a classic brown and cream glazed finish, six individual wells and a useful side handle.

Made in France by renowned French ceramics maker Emile Henry, each dish carries the maker's stamp on the base. Traditionally designed for cooking and serving escargots in garlic and herb butter, this versatile six-well design also works particularly well for quail eggs, small eggs, stuffed mushrooms, appetisers and individual hors d'oeuvres. 

With four matching dishes in the set, they are ideal for a French-themed dinner, entertaining or creating an authentic bistro-style table setting.
