French Rabbit Shaped Casserole Pot, Game Stew Cooking Dish, Deep Pie Dish (B80)

This is a French ceramic rabbit shaped casserole or stew pot. This is a 2 litre dish decorated with a rabbits head, traditionally used for serving game recipes, which was bought in France from a French brocante market. It is a used item in a good used condition as shown in the photos. It has no cracks but there are a few nibbles as shown and to be expected from a used item. This dish will not have a great deal of age, maybe 15-20+ years, it is vintage in style rather than age. This would be a super pot to serve any rabbit recipe in. It would also look beautiful on any kitchen table or at a Sunday dinner. We have some similar dishes to this in the shape of a chicken, also bought in France, see our website.
