French Porcelain Wine Pitcher, Vintage White Wine Jug made by Revol (C79)

This is a lovely vintage French porcelain wine jug with a Vin Blanc inscription on the fron which translates as white wine. We cannot be sure how old this is but looking at the style probably 80/90s. It is in good condition with no cracks, and has the makers stamp of Revol to the base. Revol are a premium French pottery established in Drome in the South of France in 1768, a family firm still making porcelain and ceramics today for kitchen and the hospitality sector worldwide. The jug holds 1 litre so plenty big enough for a full bottle of wine. This charming jug would add a French flair to any home bar or dinner table or make an ideal gift for any lover of white wine. This was purchased at a traditional French brocante market as is all our stock.
