A truly characterful antique French copper pan with an exceptionally long 103cm handle, stamped Villedieu Delalande and believed to date from over 100 years ago.

This remarkable piece is a wonderful example of traditional French open-fire cookware, with its extra-long handle historically allowing the cook to tend food over an open hearth while keeping a safer distance from the flames. Today, its scale, warm copper colour and beautifully aged character make it particularly appealing as decorative French kitchenalia, a collector's piece or statement wall display.
