French Goose Shaped Casserole Dish, Goose Roasting Pot, Deep Pie Dish (C56)

This is a French ceramic goose shaped casserole or roasting pot. This 2 litre dish decorated with a goose head, is traditionally used for serving roast goose; it would also suit as a deep pie dish or just as a quirky salad or pasta serving bowl. This was bought in France from a French brocante market and is a used item in a good used condition as shown in the photos. It has no cracks. This dish will not have a great deal of age, maybe 15-20+ years, it is vintage in style rather than age. It would also look beautiful on any kitchen table or at a Sunday dinner.
