Set of 12 Vintage French Ceramic Escargots Pots, Snail Pots, Butter Cups (D1)

This is a charming set of 12 ceramic escargots (snail) serving pots, also known as snail cups, each designed for one snail. These are in a good condition and sit flat on a table or plate; they are shaped like a snail. These are all brown in colour, they each vary in shade, slightly as does ceramicware. These were bought from a French restaurant and I have a number of sets of 12 for sale, please select quantity from drop down menu. (1=12 pots, 2=24 pots etc,). These can be used to cook the snails in and then for serving as they are oven to table ceramic shells. These would be fabulous for any lover of escargots, or equally great for use in a restaurant or cafe. Equally they could be used as little place settings, as individual butter pots or just as decoration. All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life, this is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
