Elevate your kitchen or bathroom with this stunning set of polished copper and brass mixer taps. Each piece is hand crafted to order and water-pressure tested, ensuring both beauty and reliability. Designed for wall mounting, these taps are made to standard UK pipe centre measurements and are supplied with six fitting screws for easy installation.

Perfectly suited to a Belfast sink or paired with one of our French copper and brass basins, these taps bring timeless character to any space. Unlike cheaper, rough-cast alternatives, every component is beautifully polished for a refined finish.

As a hand crafted product, subtle indentations may be present due to the natural softness of copper—these are not flaws, but unique features of authentic craftsmanship. The outlet is fixed for a sturdy feel, while the compression brass taps can be fitted to the front or side, depending on your preference.

🚰 Fitting

Wall mounting with piped behind the wall

This style of mixer tap is designed to be fitted by screwing the round brass fixing plates directly onto the wall. Please note that these fixing plates are a complete soldered unit and cannot be dismantled.

The taps are supplied with 15mm copper tail ends already attached, which must be soldered to your existing inlet pipes behind the wall. For this reason, full access to the pipework is required during installation.

Before purchasing, please ensure that your setup allows for this fitting method, or consult with your plumber (or contact us for advice).

-  For a deck mounted set of these please see the listing here - Deck mounted mixer taps.

Wall mounting with pipes exposed

This option is designed with a 90° angled brass mount for easy installation with existing exposed surface-mounted copper pipework.

  • Connection: Attach your existing 15mm copper water feed pipe directly into the brass fitting of the wall mount. This uses a compression fitting – no soldering required.
  • Wall Mounting: Secure the tap to the wall by screwing the brass backplate in place (screws supplied).
  • Pipe Feed Options: The brass bracket can be made to accommodate a copper feed pipe from above, either side, or below.
  • ➡️ Important Note: Please select the correct pipe orientation of this tap based on where your own copper water feed pipe is positioned. The bracket is soldered in place during the making process and cannot be changed once received.

❓FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS❓

Do these taps swivel?
-No these taps do not swivel, they are fixed.

Are your taps suitable for use in a commercial setting?
- All the taps we sell are designed for use in a domestic setting only, either indoor or outdoor. They are not sold as suitable for commercial premises.

These measurements are not suitable for me, can these be made to my own measurements?
-Yes, these taps can be made to measure at no extra cost. Please contact us with your sizes and we will check that they can be made to your requirements. A little sketch is often the best way to clearly show measurements.

Do you sell any other style of copper and brass taps?
-Yes we do. See the copper Basins and Taps section of our website where you will find over 20 different styles including pillar taps and wall mounted taps.

Do you sell these as a deck mounted option?
-Yes we do. See this listing - Deck mounted mixer taps - for the deck mounted option.

I have exposed pipework - How do I know which position to buy?
-The brass brackets can be made to position either way up or from either side. See the pictures demonstrating where your copper water feed might be. It cannot be changed once you receive it - it is soldered in place as part of the making process - any questions please message for advice, feel free to include pictures of your pipework so we can advise you.

If you’re unsure which orientation you need, please contact us for fitting advice before ordering.

What will I receive and do I need to assemble it myself?
-You will receive a complete mixer tap with brackets ready to fit. This includes fitting screws. If you are buying the standard option then the tail end copper pipe is supplied, if you are buying the exposed pipe option then the tail ends are not supplied - you fit your existing copper water inlet into the open end of the bracket.

What size are these taps?
-See photos on each listing for sizes.

What size is the water inlet pipework for these taps?
-All our taps have the standard 15mm water inlet pipework, this is the pipe below the countertop where the water is connected.

Can these taps be fitted directly into a basin or sink?
-No, these taps do not fit into basin or sink pre cast holes. They are designed to fit onto a wall. Wall mounted taps are fitted by screwing onto the front of the wall, these do not come apart, they are a sold as a complete soldered unit and you will need full access to the pipes behind your wall to fit these to the inlet water supply as they do not come apart, so please be sure you can fit this to the wall in this way or check with your plumber or ourselves before buying. Your water inlet pipe can be attached to the tail end by soldering, compression fittings or push fit fitments.

Are these taps suitable for a bath?
-These taps will be suitable for some baths, although they are generally sold for basins and sinks as they have a water inlet pipe which is 15mm. Some baths, particularly in older houses have a water inlet pipe of 22mm. Please check with your plumber or fitter if you are unsure of your pipe size if you are buying these for a bath.

Can these be fitted in a camper van?
-Yes these can be fitted in a camper van, we have sold many of these for camper van and horse box conversions. Camper van pipework is usually smaller than standard 15mm so you will need to use a reducing fitting to join these to the inlet pipe. These are readily available at any plumbers or DIY merchant.

Can I use these as outdoor taps?
-Yes, these taps are suitable for outdoor use.

How do I connect these to my water inlet?
-These are sold as complete tap fittings which have the standard UK 15mm copper pipe (tail ends) attached where they are fitted or behind the wall. Your water inlet pipe can be attached to these tail ends by soldering, compression fittings or push fit fitments but you will need full access to the water pipes behind these to fit them.

For the exposed pipe option - you will attach your own exposed copper water pipe to the brass bracket in the position you have chosen. Tail end are not connected for this option.

How often will I need to polish my taps to keep them shiny and what should I use?
-Copper and brass are metals that naturally tarnish over time if left unpolished. A quick buff up every week or 2 will keep it shiny. We use Brasso wadding to keep our taps shiny. This is available at most supermarkets. Rub some wadding over the tap, let it dry for 15 minutes and buff it off with a yellow duster. If you would prefer the more rustic natural brown patina of copper then leave them unpolished and this colour will develop over time.

When will my taps arrive?
-All our taps are made to order with a usual dispatch time of 3-5 days after purchase. Please contact us before buying if your order is urgent as these can often be sent earlier depending on current demand. All our taps are posted fully tracked

I am in overseas, can I buy your taps?
-If you are in Australia where pipework is often 15mm (please check) you can buy these at checkout. For all other areas, please contact us and we will check they are compatible before purchase.

I have another question or I need some more advice about what tap to buy, can you help?
-Yes we can. These are made by Martin, our production partner, who is a gas engineer and plumber. He is more than happy to answer questions regarding tap size, style and fitting. We are often out of the country or in a noisy workshop so rarely hear the phone. The quickest way to contact us is through the website live chat (you will be speaking to a real person, either Martin or Louise, not a chat bot!) or our online contact form. If you would like a call back please leave your contact details. Alternatively, leave a message on our answerphone at 01772 494985 and we will call you back.
