- Wall Mounting: Secure the tap to the wall by screwing the brass backplate in place (screws supplied).
- Pipe Feed Options: As taps sit side by side, there will be various different ways your copper inlet pipe might look.
1. Both copper pipes from below
2. Both copper pipes from above
3. One from the left side and one from below,
4. One from the left side and one from above
5. One from the right side and one from below

Important - Please read before selection: It is important to select the correct pipe orientation of this tap based on where your own copper water feed pipe is positioned. The bracket is soldered in position during the making process based on your selection and cannot be changed once received.
- If you are not sure which position to order -please send a picture or a drawing of your setting and we can advise you before purchase.

Do these taps swivel? -No these taps do not swivel, they are fixed.
Can I order more than the quantity currently shown?

These measurements are not suitable for me, can these be made to different measurements? -These taps are made to measure at no extra cost within the dimension options, There is a little room for adjustment and we will do our best to accommodate. Please contact us with your sizes and we will check that they can be made to your requirements. A little sketch is often the best way to clearly show measurements.
Can I return the taps if they are unsuitable?
-This specific listing is for a custom size made to measure set which is also made to your own orientation - as these are made specifically for your bespoke requirements they are non refundable. - Bespoke items are exempt from The Consumer Act 2015 and Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be returned if you have mis-measured or they are unsuitable.
Do you sell other copper and brass tap styles?
-Yes. We offer over 20 styles, including single taps, pillar taps, wall-mounted taps, and deck mounted mixer taps. Please see our Copper Sinks and Taps section for the full range.
What size is the water inlet pipework?
-All of our taps have a standard UK 15mm copper water inlet pipe below the counter.
I have pipework which is behind a wall or under a counter - Do you sell a mixer option for this?
-Yes we do - please see the following listing our Mixer Tap Collection for deck mounted and hidden pipework options of this tap
What will I receive and do I need to assemble it myself?
-You will receive a complete mixer tap with brackets ready to fit to your existing surface mounted/exposed pipework. This includes fitting screws. The tail end copper pipe is not supplied - this is shown to demonstrate where your existing pipework is. The top swan neck is unscrewed for safer posting, this screws back on with a standard spanner.
Will the 15mm pipework fit if I am buying from outside the UK?
-Our taps are made for standard UK 15mm inlet pipework, so suitability will depend on the plumbing standard in your country. In many cases, where local pipework is a different size, adaptors are available. We recommend checking that a suitable adaptor can be sourced locally if needed, before purchase if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Can these be fitted directly into a basin or sink hole?
-No. These do not fit into basin or sink pre cast holes. They are designed to fit onto a wall which has existing exposed surface mounted copper pipe. They are fitted by screwing the brass base into the wall using the screws provided.
Can these be used with a bath?
-These taps will be suitable for some baths, although they are generally sold for basins and sinks as they are designed for a water inlet pipe which is 15mm. Some baths, particularly in older houses have a water inlet pipe of 22mm. Please check with your plumber or fitter if you are unsure of your pipe size if you are buying these for a bath.
Can these be fitted in a camper van or shepherd’s hut?
-Yes. Our taps are often used in camper vans, shepherd’s huts, and horse box conversions. Please note that camper van pipework is often smaller than standard 15mm, so a reducing fitting may be required.
Can these be used outdoors?
-Yes. All of our taps are suitable for outdoor use.
How do I connect the tap to my water inlet?
- This set of mixer taps is designed to be fitted by screwing the complete unit directly onto the front of the wall using the small brass brackets and the screws provided.
This set is for fitting to exposed pipework which should be already surface mounted on your wall. No water inlet pipe is supplied as you connect your pipes straight into the brass brackets - whether this is into the top/side or bottom will depend on where you water pipes are situated. Your water supply pipe simply inserts into the brass hole of the bracket - you tighten the nut with a spanner and they are ready to use.
Before purchasing, please ensure that your installation allows the taps to be mounted in this way. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your plumber before ordering, or contacting us for advice.
Can these be fitted as a direct replacement for my existing wall mounted taps? - Possibly, this will depend on what your previous taps were and how they connected. These can be attached to any 15mm copper pipe, no extra fittings are required. Please check with your fitter or message for advice before buying if you are unsure.
How do I know which orientation to order? - The orientation will depend on where your pipes are currently fitted, if you don't have any pipework yet then you will have more choice. If you are not sure, feel free to send us a photo of your fitting area and we will be happy to advise you which taps would be most suitable.
Can I order them first and decide which orientation I'm having my pipes once they arrive? - Not really. The brackets which determine the orientation are soldered in place when you receive them. They cannot be turned to fit a different way after they have been made. As these are non refundable, it would be best to check with us before you commit to a direction for the brackets if you are unsure.
How do I keep the copper and brass shiny?
-Copper and brass will naturally tarnish over time. To keep them polished, we recommend a quick clean every week or two using Brasso wadding or a similar metal polish. If you prefer a darker, aged patina, simply leave the metal unpolished and it will develop naturally over time.
When will my order arrive?
-Our usual dispatch time is 3–5 working days as each tap is made to order. Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Tracked 24 for urgent orders where agreed.
Can I ask for advice before buying?
-Yes. We are always happy to help with questions about size, fitting, or style. Please contact us via Live Chat or our online contact form.
Can I speak to a real person?
-Yes. The quickest way to reach us is via Live Chat, where you will speak directly with Louise or Martin, not a chatbot. If you would prefer a call back, you can leave a message on 01772 494985 or send your contact details via live chat, contact form, or email.
