Chicken Pie Dish, Chicken Stew Pot, French Chicken Shape Casserole Pot, 2L (C40)

This is a large French 2 litre ceramic chicken pie dish or chicken salad bowl. This large dish has a 2 litre capacity and is decorated with a chickens head; it was bought in France from a traditional French brocante market. It is a used item in a good vintage condition as shown in the photos. This is in good condition with no cracks, just some light marks and casting flaws as shown, best described as rustic in style and condition. This may not have a great deal of age, maybe 15+ years, it is vintage in style rather than age. This would be a super pot to serve a chicken recipe in or as a large chicken salad bowl.
