A vintage French brocante find, this set of seven Longchamp France divided fondue plates is a wonderful example of classic French tableware, with each plate carrying the Longchamp maker's stamp to the base.

Made in France and traditionally designed for fondue dining, each 25cm ceramic plate has a distinctive divided design with a central section surrounded by separate compartments. The compartments are ideal for keeping bread, vegetables, meats, sauces and other accompaniments separate while enjoying fondue.

Their practical design also makes these vintage French divided plates wonderfully versatile for modern entertaining. Use them as party plates, buffet plates, appetiser plates, BBQ plates or for serving tapas, charcuterie, sushi, snacks and dipping foods.

The warm cream glaze with contrasting brown detailing gives the set an attractive retro French look that works beautifully with rustic, farmhouse and mid-century inspired table settings.

All seven plates are in good vintage condition with no chips. There are light usage marks consistent with their age and previous use; please see all photographs for a clear reflection of condition.
