An unusual vintage French taxidermy weasel or stoat, mounted on a wooden base and sourced from a French brocante market. Fairly compact in size but full of character, this well-worn piece has the rustic, timeworn appeal often sought by collectors of natural history, curiosities, cabinet of curiosities displays and decorative taxidermy.

This piece has a charming rustic appeal, it is in good used condition with some movement to the tail, however, it is still intact. This is either a weasel or a stoat, so please use the photographs as the main guide to species, condition and display potential.
