Large Vintage Framed French Woven Tapestry- Ducks, great Hunting Gift 76 x 51cm

This is a large vintage French tapestry picture of ducks in a countryside setting. This is in its original condition so may benefit from a clean and freshen up - this will date from around the 1960s/70s if not earlier. As shown in the pictures of the back, it has some discolouration of the material from years hanging in a French home and it is printed with the Paris maker of the tapestry. The front seems to be in good order. This is framed in a simple wooden frame which has a little damage as shown. This would probably benefit from a new frame. It is suitable to be hung as it is with just the addition of some wire or string. This would be a lovely gift for a hunting or countryside enthusiast. Please bear in mind that this is over 50 years old.
This was bought at a traditional French brocante market, as is all our stock and will have signs of a previous life, as such, if you are looking for brand new, then this may not be for you.
