Are your taps suitable for use in a commercial setting?
- All the taps we sell are designed for use in a domestic setting only, either indoor or outdoor. They are not sold as suitable for commercial premises.

I am outside the UK, can I buy your taps?
- We now ship our taps internationally to a limited number of countries, ; Please bear in mind that  all the taps we sell are designed for use with UK standard 15mm pipework. Please check that you can accommodate this - reducers and adaptors fittings are often available in most countries.

The listings says you only have one, do you have anymore?
-Yes we do. As we make the taps to order when they sell, we limit the numbers listed in order to keep to our published dispatch dates. if you would like more than one, please message us and we will list a larger amount.

These measurements are not suitable for me, can the tap be made to my own measurements?
-Yes, this tap can be made to measure at no extra cost. Please see the Deck mounted Tap section of our website

Can I use this as a monobloc mixer tap?
-unfortunately not. This is a single feed tap which you can use as either hot or cold but not both. For all our mixer taps see here

Do you sell any other style of copper and brass taps?
-Yes we do. See the  'Copper Basins, Sinks & Taps' section of our website shop where you will find over 20 different styles as well as a beautiful mixer tap in copper and brass.

What size is this tap?
-This tap has a small tap head, best suited to a smaller basin or sink, it will be too small for standard kitchen sinks, see measurements on the photographs for exact sizes.

The tap head is too small for my requirements, do you sell a chunkier tap?
-Yes we do, this tap is made from a dainty small tap head with 15mm copper pipework, we sell other taps in both 1/2 inch size and a chunkier 3/4 inch size which have thicker 22mm pipe rather than the standard 15mm as well as 2 other slightly larger styles. What size is the water inlet pipework for this tap?
-All our taps have the standard 15mm water inlet pipework, this is the pipe below the countertop where the water is connected.

Can this tap be fitted directly into a basin or sink?
-No, this tap does not fit into basin or sink pre cast holes. This is designed to fit onto a countertop. This is fitted by screwing the brass base into the top of the counter from above using the screws provided. This is not fitted using a back nut.

Is this tap suitable for a bath?
-This tap will be too small for a bath. Checkout the other taps on the website for something more suited to a bath.

Can I use this as a monobloc mixer tap?
-No - this is not suitable for a monobloc tap - it is a single feed, either cold or hot but not both.

Can this tap be fitted to a quartz, slate or marble type counter top?
-We wouldn't recommend it. This type of worktop as it is fitted from above and these type of countertops may not be suitable for the 3 small drill holes required. We are looking to develop a tap for these types of counters but this is still in the design stage.

Can this be fitted in a camper van?
-Yes this can be fitted in a camper van, we have sold many of these for camper van and horse box conversions. Camper van pipework is usually smaller than standard 15mm so you will need to use a reducing fitting to join this to the inlet pipe. These are readily available at any plumbers or DIY merchant.

Can I use this as an outdoor tap?
-Yes, this tap is suitable for outdoor use.

How do I connect this to my water inlet under my sink or basin?
-This is sold as a complete tap fitting which has the standard UK 15mm copper pipe attached below the counter where it is fitted. Your water inlet pipe can be attached to the tail end by soldering, compression fittings or push fit fitments.

How often will I need to polish my tap to keep it shiny and what should I use?
- Copper and brass are metals that naturally tarnish over time if left unpolished. A quick buff up every week or 2 will keep it shiny. We use Brasso wadding to keep our taps shiny. This is available at most supermarkets. Rub some wadding over the taps, let it dry for 15 minutes and buff it off with a yellow duster. If you would prefer the more rustic natural brown patina of copper then leave them unpolished and this colour will develop over time.

When will my order arrive?
-All our taps are made to order with a usual dispatch time of 5 working days after purchase. Contact us via live chat before buying if your order is urgent as these can also often be sent earlier depending on demand. Live chat is the quickest way to receive an immediate response and for us to be aware of your deadline. All our taps are posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 if urgent.
