Set of 4 French Rustic Ceramic Escargot Dishes, Vintage Snail Pots Plates (C8)

This is a set of 4 snail serving plates each holding 12 snails. These escargots or snail dishes are a dark brown, quite deep plates and are in a used condition with some nibbles and chips here and there and a few water marks from the hard water in France, as shown and reflected in the price; they would look great on any table in a farmhouse style kitchen or a restaurant. These are rustic in style and were purchased at a traditional French brocante market, it could also be used for quails eggs or devilled eggs.  All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life, this is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. As such if you looking for something 'new' then this is probably not for you.
