This rare Howes & Burley 1915 WW1 trench lantern is an authentic piece of military history, making it a stand out collectible piece for militaria enthusiasts. Manufactured by Howes & Burley of Birmingham—known for making carriage and early automobile lamps—this lantern was to supplied to the military during World War I. Unlike most lanterns of its kind, this model features a sturdy handle, rather then the standard wire handle, making it just a little different.

Original fuel canister: Includes the removable oil canister.
Condition: One glass panel is chipped, and there are signs of wear (please examine photos carefully).
Functional: Opens and closes properly; now presented with a candle for display.
