Pair of French Vintage Pendant Glass Ceiling Lamp Shades with new fittings (B54)

This is a pair of French vintage frosted glass ceiling pendant lamps now up cycled with new twisted vintage style wiring, new brass galleries and new bulb holders. The bulb holders take standard UK bayonet bulbs.  This is sold as suitable for UK electrics, if you are buying from outside the UK you may need to re-wire this to suit your country. These vintage pendant lights are in a good used condition as shown in the photos. These are not factory made lampshades, they are handmade so may have some bubbles or marks in the glass and slight differences in the colour/pattern caused by the individual making process, these are not cracks, they are part of what makes each shade unique. These were bought at a traditional French brocante market and do not come with ceiling roses as the vintage French roses are usually too small to cover UK existing holes. If this is not an issue then see the lighting section of our shop for a small selection of French vintage porcelain ceiling roses. These can be wired directly into an existing ceiling rose as they are earthed and wired for standard UK electrics These are small shades, although they are quite thick glass and they measure 12cm at there widest point, see cola can picture for scale. All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life, in the case of lights like these this may mean flaws in the glass during the making process, eg. bubbles. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. As such, if you are looking for something 'new' then this is probably not for you.
