French Lions Head Soup Bowls, Pair of Traditional Onion Soup Bowls

This is a pair of French traditional soup serving dishes; with little lion head handles traditionally used for serving French onion soup. They are small serving bowls all labelled Soupe a L'oignon - French for Onion Soup. These ceramic soup bowls were purchased at a traditional French brocante market although made in Taiwan, and would suit a French style kitchen, farmhouse kitchen or would be great in a French restaurant or bistro. We have more soup bowls in varying designs as these on our other listings. They are in a good used condition with the usual small nibbles to the rims as shown; they have a drip glaze making each one just a little unique. All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
