French Lions Head Handle Bowls, Pair of Traditional Onion Soup Bowls (C1)

This is a pair of French traditional soup serving dishes; footed and with little lion head handles traditionally used for serving French onion soup. These soup serving bowls are  porcelain and were purchased at a traditional French brocante market; they would suit a French style kitchen, farmhouse kitchen or would be great in a French restaurant or bistro. We have a few different sets of soup bowls on other listings in our website shop. These are in a used condition with a nibble to the base of one as shown and reflected in the price. All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
