A stunning French antique wrought iron horse-drawn milk churn carrier, dating back to the 1920s. This original reclaimed piece was sourced from a traditional brocante market in Northern France.

Originally designed to hold up to three milk churns, the carrier would have been attached with hooks to a wooden beam at the back of a horse and secured with chains – used instead of a cart.

Today, this unique piece makes a fantastic rustic garden planter, farmhouse décor statement, or architectural salvage collectible. The wrought iron has naturally aged and warped slightly with time, but each section still holds a full-size churn securely.
