XL Galaxy Area Floodlight IP65, Garden, Exhibitions, Security Light Commercial 400W

This is a large commercial size floodlight generally used for lighting buildings or sports grounds. These are the types that sit in churches and illuminate the side of the buildings. This one is an Italian lamp made by Galaxy and whilst it has been tested and is in full working order it is sold without a cable as this needs wiring by a suitably qualified or competent person. This should be fine to wire with a plug for use in a standard UK socket as it is 230v with a low amperage. (check with an electrician if unsure). The bulb is working and included. This is rated IP65 with a dust tight and water jet proof toughened glass cover for stay clean operation. Anti-light pollution design with outstanding optical performance keeps quantity required to a minimum. this has a moveable bracket making it suitable for column, wall and floor mounting. The front glass is on a hinge for easy cleaning and bulb changing. Although Italian made, this was bought at a French brocante fair alongside 2 others the same. This is a used item which is at least 20 years old and it has spent its life outside so there are some signs of use, see pictures and video which form part of the description. NB. This is a very bright, heavy (10.8kg) lamp, which could be used in a domestic setting but you would need a large garden away from other houses as it is very bright. This is not a standard domestic brightness!
