- No. All of our taps are designed for domestic use only, indoors or outdoors, and are not sold as suitable for commercial premises.
Can I buy just one of these taps?
-Yes. This is available to buy as just one tap in the Custom Tap Section of our website.
Can I order more than the quantity currently shown?
-Yes. We often have more available than shown in the listing, but we limit stock numbers online to help maintain our dispatch times. If you would like a larger quantity, please contact us and we can increase the listing.
Are your taps made to order?
-Yes. All of our taps are made to order with a usual dispatch time of 3–5 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact us via Live Chat before purchasing, as earlier dispatch can often be arranged.
Can I return the taps if they are unsuitable?
-.This specific listing is for custom size made to measure taps which are made specifically to your own measurements therefore they are generally not refundable.
These taps are bespoke size & made to your own specific measurements - Bespoke items are exempt from The Consumer Act 2015 and Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be returned if you have mis-measured or it is unsuitable.
The measurements available are not suitable for me, can the taps be made any taller? -This style can be made taller - this listing is limited by the number of options it can have listed - for a taller option please see the custom size tap section of the website.
What size are the taps?
-Please refer to the listing photographs and dimensions section for exact measurements
Do you sell other copper and brass tap styles?
-Yes. We offer over 20 styles, including single taps, pillar taps, wall-mounted taps, and mixer taps. Please see our Copper Sinks and Taps section for the full range.
What size is the water inlet pipework?
-All of our taps have a standard UK 15mm copper water inlet pipe below the counter. even if the visible copper is 22mm as in this case
Will the 15mm mains connection pipework fit if I am buying from outside the UK?
-Our taps are made with standard UK 15mm inlet pipework, so suitability will depend on the plumbing standard in your country. In many cases, where local pipework is a different size, adaptors are available. We recommend checking that a suitable adaptor can be sourced locally if needed, before purchase if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Can these be fitted directly into a basin or sink hole?
-No. These are designed to be fitted onto a countertop, not into pre-cast basin or sink holes. They are secured from above using the screws provided rather than by back nuts underneath.
Can these be used with a bath?
- These will be suitable for some baths but please be sure your bath pipework is 15mm as this can be different particularly in some older houses.
Can these be fitted in a camper van or shepherd’s hut?
-Yes. Our taps are often used in camper vans, shepherd’s huts, and horse box conversions. Please note that camper van pipework is often smaller than standard 15mm, so a reducing fitting may be required.
Can these be used outdoors?
-Yes. All of our taps are suitable for outdoor use.
How do I connect the taps to my water inlet?
-These are supplied as a complete fittings with 15mm copper pipe below the counter. Your mains water inlet can be connected using soldered, compression, or push-fit fittings.
Can these be fitted to quartz, granite, marble, concrete, or slate worktops?
-We do not recommend fitting to these surfaces. The taps are secured from above with screws into the worktop, so they are best suited to wooden or laminate surfaces.
How do I keep the copper and brass shiny?
-Copper and brass will naturally tarnish over time. To keep them polished, we recommend a quick clean every week or two using Brasso wadding or a similar metal polish. If you prefer a darker, aged patina, simply leave the metal unpolished and it will develop naturally over time.
When will my order arrive?
-Our usual dispatch time is 3–5 working days as each tap is made to order. Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Tracked 24 for urgent orders where agreed.
Can I ask for advice before buying?

-Yes. The quickest way to reach us is via Live Chat, where you will speak directly with Louise or Martin, not a chatbot. If you would prefer a call back, you can leave a message on 01772 494985 or send your contact details via live chat, contact form, or email.
