Chicken Salad Bowl, Pasta Serving Bowl, French Chicken Shape Serving Pot, 2L (A52)

This is a French ceramic chicken salad bowl or pasta serving dish. This is a 2 litre dish decorated with a chickens head which was bought in France from a traditional French brocante market. It is a used item in a good vintage condition as shown in the photos. It has no cracks just some casting flaws and a few marks to the outside base. This dish will not have a great deal of age, maybe 10+ years, it is vintage in style rather than age. These bowls are traditionally used to serve coq au vin but would be useful to serve any chicken recipe in. It would also look beautiful on any kitchen table or at a Sunday dinner.
