These have SMALL TAP HEADS (see measurements) and are designed for fitting to wooden or laminate countertops: supplied with 6 fitting screws for easy installation. Built with durability in mind, they have a polished solid finish and a continuous water flow without an aerator, with a similar flow to an outdoor tap. The taps we sell are not mass produced, they are made to order by our production partner, Lea Gas & Heating.

Are your taps suitable for use in a commercial setting?
- All the taps we sell are designed for use in a domestic setting only, either indoor or outdoor. They are not sold as suitable for commercial premises

I am outside the UK, can I buy your taps?
- We now ship our taps internationally to a limited number of countries, ; Please bear in mind that all the taps we sell are designed for use with UK standard 15mm pipework. Please check that you can accommodate this - reducers and adaptors fittings are often available in most countries.

Can I buy just one of these taps?
Yes please see the Deck mounted tap section of our website for a single one of these

These measurements are not suitable for me, can the taps be made to my own measurements?
-These can be made to measure within the limits of the measurements from the drop down menu. Please check the Tap Section of our shop for larger taps with a wider range of available sizes.

Do you sell any other style of copper and brass taps?
-Yes we do. See the 'Copper Sinks & Taps' section of our online shop where you will find over 20 different styles as well as a beautiful mixer tap in copper and brass.

What size is the head of this tap?
-These have small tap heads, best suited to a smaller basin or sink, the will be too small for standard kitchen sinks, see measurements on the photographs for exact sizes.

The tap head is too small for my requirements, do you sell a chunkier tap?
-Yes we do, these are made from dainty VERY small tap heads with 15mm copper pipework, we sell other taps in both 1/2 inch size and a chunkier 3/4 inch size which have thicker 22mm pipe rather than the standard 15mm as well as 2 other slightly larger styles. See the 'Copper Sinks & Taps' section of our online shop.

What size is the water inlet pipework for these?
-All our taps have the standard 15mm water inlet pipework, this is the pipe below the countertop where the water is connected.

Can these be fitted directly into a basin or sink?
-No, these do not fit into basin or sink pre cast holes. They are designed to fit onto a countertop. They are fitted by screwing the brass bases into the top of the counter from above using the screws provided. They are not fitted using back nuts.

Are these tap suitable for a bath?
-These will be too small for a bath. See the tap section of the website for our full range of taps. 

Can these be fitted to a quartz, slate, concrete or marble type counter top?
-We would not recommend these for this type of worktop as they are fitted with screws into the counter top, not with back nuts from below and these type of surfaces are not ideal for the small drill holes required. We would only recommend these for WOOD OR LAMINATE surface. We are looking to develop a tap for these types of counters but this is still in the design stage.

Can these be fitted in a camper van?
-Yes, all the taps we make can be fitted in a camper van, we have sold many of these for camper van and horse box conversions. Camper van pipework is usually smaller than standard 15mm so you will need to use a reducing fitting to join this to the inlet pipe. These are readily available at any plumbers or DIY merchant.

Can I use your taps as outdoor taps?
-Yes, all the taps we sell are suitable for outdoor use.

How do I connect these to my water inlet under my sink or basin?
-These are sold as a complete tap fittings which have the standard UK 15mm copper pipes attached below the counter where they are fitted. Your water inlet pipes can be attached to the tail ends by soldering, compression fittings or push fit fitments.

How often will I need to polish my taps to keep them shiny and what should I use?
- Copper and brass are metals that naturally tarnish over time if left unpolished. A quick buff up every week or 2 will keep it shiny. We use Brasso wadding to keep our taps shiny. This is available at most supermarkets. Rub some wadding over the taps, let it dry for 15 minutes and buff it off with a yellow duster. If you would prefer the more rustic natural brown patina of copper then leave them unpolished and this colour will develop over time.

When will my order arrive?
-All our taps are made to order with a usual dispatch time of 3-5 working days after purchase. Please contact us through our online contact form or live chat messages before buying if your order is urgent as these can occasionally be sent earlier if we have space in our order books. All our taps are posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

He is more than happy to answer questions regarding tap size, style and fitting.
