This vintage French Roe Deer Head Mount is a genuine taxidermy specimen sourced from a traditional brocante market in northern France. Unlike modern replicas, this is an authentic vintage piece, mounted on a wooden plaque. It has been mounted in quite an unusual slightly sideways direction rather than the usual straight forward facing specimens. This has some wear to the ears & a little nick as shown and wooden mount is fairly rudimentary- this is reflected in the price. This will be suitable for display as is - it is complete but please bear in mind condition.
