This is a charming French vintage stoneware ceramic ice bucket with a wooden handle. This is made from chunky rustic stoneware with a drip style glaze and dates from around 1970s if not a little earlier. This was sourced from a traditional French brocante market and has "Les Glacons" on the front which translates as "Ice cubes". This is in a good used condition with no cracks or chips. This would be perfect for home bars for ice, cocktail stirrers or straws when entertaining. It has many more uses from a small flower vases or an unusual planter to a quirky key bowl in a hallway.
All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. As such, if you are looking for something 'new' then this is probably not for you. See our website vintage shop selling over 300 unique, vintage and up cycled French finds for your home and garden including lots more home bar and man cave items, all sourced from markets across France.
