Vintage French Kitchen Jug Irrigator, Garden Planter, French Shabby Chic (C79)

This is a lovely French measuring water pot which would look great in a kitchen or garden. These are usually white or speckled with blue so this solid darker blue is one of the more unusual colours of these pots are found in. These vintage enamel pots were originally used as irrigators but are now widely collected and used as garden planters or as kitchen or bathroom storage pots. This was purchased at a traditional French brocante market. As shown in the photo this is in a good vintage condition with signs of wear and tear. Capacity is 2 litre. All the items I sell are used or vintage and show signs of a previous life, this is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
