This is a complete set of 6 French St Amand earthenware fondue plates. These fondue plates have the makers stamp on the base of each one as well as the design name which is Bearn and the design code of 1713. These would be ideal as buffet plates or portion control plates as well as fondue plates. These are tin glazed decorated earthenware plates (known as Faience in France) which were bought at a traditional French brocante market and are in a good used condition with no cracks or chips; any marks shown are where the paint has smudged in the making process, not flaws in the plates. There are 6 fondue plates in the set.
