Mid Century Ceiling Light, Chrome and Frosted Glass, Vintage French 1950s (C49)

This is a charming French mid century chrome and frosted glass pendant ceiling light. This has a coral pink frosted glass shade with a gold coloured decorative trim and the original chrome shade holder and mount. There is some wearing of the chrome and a few bits of the gold decor have worn away from the shade, as you would expect and as shown; otherwise in a good condition with no cracks to the glass. We would describe this as fairly rustic in design and condition. These signs from a previous life in a French home all add to its authentic vintage patina. This is sold in its original condition so is currently wired for French electrics and this wiring will be old. This will need new wiring by a competent person in order to be fitted. All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life.
