Le Creuset Casserole Dish, Orange Enamel Coated Steel with Lid 2.5 litres (C17)

This is a French Le Creuset casserole pot, unusually made from enamel coated steel NOT CAST IRON as they are most commonly. This is orange in colour and is quite lightweight at 860 grams. This is in a used condition with signs of its previous life as you would expect and as shown in the photographs, some marks to the lid and inside, a little rust around the outer rim  and a tiny dot in the inside - pin head size.
These were produced in France for only a short period of time, we believe in the 1990s as a more affordable option to the traditional cast iron pieces Le Creuset are known for.
