Goose Casserole Dish, French Stew Pot, French Goose Shaped Deep Pie Dish (C46)

This is a large French ceramic deep pie dish or casserole pot. This is a charming 3 litre dish decorated with a goose head which was bought in France from a traditional French brocante market. It is a used item in a good vintage condition as shown in the photos. It has no cracks, just a few light surface scratches inside the speckled base. This dish will not have a great deal of age, maybe 10+ years, it is vintage in style rather than age. This would be a super pot to serve a goose recipe in. It would also look beautiful on any kitchen table or at a Sunday dinner. I have some similar dishes to this in the shape of a chicken and a rabbit, also bought in France, see website shop.
