French Vintage Green Enamel Industrial Ceiling Lampshade with new fittings (C56)

This is a French vintage enamel, green pendant lampshade now up cycled with new black twisted vintage style wiring and a new UK standard nickel bayonet bulb holder. This vintage pendant light is in a well used condition with some rust and chips as shown and in keeping with its age and industrial chic style, likely dating from around 1940s/50s. This was bought at a traditional French brocante market and is not sold with a ceiling rose as the French roses are usually much smaller than standard UK versions. This can be wired straight into an existing rose or a new one which are readily available at any DIY shop. There is a small selection of vintage porcelain roses in the lighting section of the shop. All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
