French Vintage Copper Fire Extinguisher Up Cycled Lamp, Steampunk Desk Lamp (A60)

This is a stunning French vintage copper garden sprayer in the shape of a fire extinguisher which has been up cycled into a unique large desk lamp in a steampunk style. This started life as a garden sprayer in France around 1950s/60s if not a little earlier - the brass plaque on the front shows the instructions. It has a little pressure gauge from its days as a pressurised sprayer, now for decoration. It has been polished and up cycled as a desk lamp, although it is quite large so could be a floor lamp. (see measurements below). This is supplied with a standard UK bayonet vintage style Eddison bulb and has a 3 pin UK plug on the end of a 3.5m length of black cable. If you would like the cable shorter, please message and we can reduce it for you but we find past customers prefer a longer cable for flexibility when positioning It has a brass bulb holder with a switch and a shade ring in case you would like to add a lampshade. This has been PAT tested for safety. This  was bought at a traditional French brocante market in the North of France and would be a quirky .
