French Vintage Ceiling Pendant Lampshade with new fittings and twisted wire (D4)

This vintage French glass ceiling pendant light is a stunning addition to any room. The milk glass hanging lampshade adds a touch of retro vintage style and elegance. The pale pink mottled finish and unusual shade shape give it a unique and charming appeal. It needs to be hardwired for power by a competent person and is for indoor use only. With its beautiful patterned glass and vintage style, it is sure to be a conversation starter in any home. This is in good condition with no cracks and is supplied with new vintage look twisted brown wiring, a brass gallery and brass bulb holder which fits a bayonet bulb. Colours can vary slightly depending on your viewing device. We would described this as very pale light pink. Like all our stock this was sourced from a traditional French brocante market and rewired with new UK standard fittings. This is SOLD AS WIRED FOR UK 240v ELECTRICS and may need re-wiring if you are purchasing this from outside the UK. This is not sold with a ceiling rose as the French roses are usually much smaller than standard UK versions. This can be wired straight into an existing rose or a new one which are readily available at any DIY shop. There is a small selection of vintage porcelain roses in the lighting section of the shop.
All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life, in the case of lights like these this may mean flaws in the glass during the making process, eg. bubbles. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. As such if you looking for something 'new' then this is probably not for you.
