This is a shabby chic style French onion (oignons) storage pot which would look fabulous in any rustic farmhouse or country style kitchen. This is made from ceramic/pot and it is in a good used condition, as shown in the photos which form part of the description. It has air holes for ventilation and a lid, it has onions written in French on the top of the lid. This is probably designed to hold smaller onions, eg. shallots or pickling onions. This lovely piece of kitchenalia was purchased at a traditional French brocante market as is all my stock.
