French Lions Head Soup Bowls, Set of 5 Traditional Onion Soup Bowls (A35)

This is a set of 5 French traditional soup serving dishes; footed and with little lion head handles traditionally used for serving French onion soup. The set is small serving bowls all labelled Soupe a L'oignon - French for Onion Soup. These ceramic soup bowls were purchased at a traditional French brocante market and would suit a French style kitchen, farmhouse kitchen or would be great in a French restaurant or bistro. We also have some plain soup bowls in the same style as this on our other listings. These are handmade and are in a good used condition with no chips or cracks; they have a drip glaze making each one just a little unique.
