This is a lovely,12cm French copper colander with brass handles and little brass feet which has been polished and is in a good used condition with just a couple of some small dents as expected and as shown. This copper colander strainer could be placed on top of perhaps a milk pan or similar size pan or used a a strainer with its useful handles. This would look good in a farmhouse style or country cottage kitchen. We buy all our stock in France from traditional brocante markets and as such all the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is all part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. It is not always possible to show every minor scratch on a photo so if you are looking for new then these may not be for you. Any significant flaws are always highlighted in both photos and descriptions.
See our website vintage shop selling over 300 unique, vintage and up cycled French finds for your home and garden including a wide range of French copper and brass ware, all sourced from markets across France.
