French Copper Chocolate Pot, Vintage Copper Coffee Pot made by Villedieu (A35)

This is a vintage French stove top coffee pot also known as a Normandy chocolate pot. It has a polished finish and is tin lined with a brass hinge to the lid. It is watertight and has a twist off polished wooden handle. The lining has some wear as shown. This would look good in a farmhouse style country kitchen. This copper kettle was bought at a French brocante market where we buy all our stock and as such all the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is all part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. It is not always possible to show every minor scratch on a photo so if you are looking for new then these may not be for you. Any significant flaws are always highlighted in both photos and descriptions.
