This is a French oval, vintage style cast iron trivet worktop saver bought from a traditional French brocante market. This pan stand is in a used condition with some signs of a previous life as shown in the photos which give it a unique shabby chic appeal. This trivet would suit a country cottage or farmhouse style kitchen. As this was purchased as used, at a French market, whilst described as vintage in style we cannot be sure of its age, but it is probably no more than 10 years old, please see pictures. This has cast iron feet. 
All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is all part of their unique shabby chic appeal. Please see pictures which form part of the description.
