Fish Serving Platter, Large Vintage Retro Rustic French Brittany Fish Plate (C5)

This is a large vintage French fish platter or fish serving dish, handmade in Peross Guirec, Brittany, France. This rustic farmhouse style plate was purchased at a traditional French brocante market as is all our stock and is in a good used condition with no chips or cracks. This charming platter has a scene on the front of a couple in traditional Brittany dress walking along the coast. It would be an interesting talking point at any dinner table, in a farmhouse kitchen or at a buffet, equally it would make an ideal serving platter for a fish restaurant. As this was bought at a market we cannot tell exactly how old this, just that it is not new.
