4 French Rustic Emile Henry Escargot Dishes, Vintage Snail Pots Plates (B93)

This is a set of 4 vintage Emile Henry escargot serving dishes with a handle and the makers stamp on the base of each one. Each of these vintage dishes is made from a brown colour ceramic stoneware with a cream interior and holds 6 escargots (snails). These could be used for serving cooked snails or are often used for quails egg dishes. These were purchased at a traditional French brocante market and would suit a retro style kitchen, farmhouse kitchen or would be great in a French restaurant or bistro. These are in a good used condition as shown in the pictures which form part of the description. All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life.
