Vintage Style Rustic Garden Plant Pot, Wall Mounted Flower Pot (C5)

This is a lovely French white enamel plant pot, measuring water pot which would look great in a kitchen or garden. These enamel pots were originally used as irrigators but are now widely collected and used as plant pots or as kitchen or bathroom storage pots. This was purchased at a traditional French market and as shown in the photo this is the slightly newer shape (post 1960s) made from thicker enamel and with the original Paris makers sticker still on the front. This has been stored for a number of years rather than been in use. These make ideal wall planters as they have a flat back with a hole for mounting on a wall and the small spout at the base allows for drainage. these also often used as toothbrush holders, cutlery pots and shower caddies. This is 15cm high and the diameter is 16cm. Capacity is 2 litre.
